Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant

Company: Grand Pines Assisted Living Center

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Pay: $14 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $16 for a “Life Enrichment Assistant” in Grand Haven, MI, falls below the median pay range for similar roles in many regions of the United States, where wages typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as cost of living in the area and demand for this type of position can influence competitiveness; however, given the nature of work in life enrichment, which often requires a compassionate approach and some level of training or certification, this pay scale may be considered lower than expected. Overall, while it may be competitive for entry-level positions, it does not align with broader industry standards for experienced Life Enrichment Assistants.
