Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our front office team, your key responsibilities will include:
– Operating the company shuttle as required while maintaining vehicle cleanliness
– Possessing a comprehensive understanding of hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
– Valet parking guest vehicles in compliance with safety protocols, applicable laws, and regulations
– Escorting guests to their vehicles, rooms, or hotel outlets
– Delivering packages and amenities to guest rooms
– Assisting guests with their luggage
– Maneuvering the bell cart as necessary
– Maintaining an organized shuttle log while effectively planning departures and arrivals
– Greeting guests and providing courteous assistance upon their arrival and departure from the hotel
– Organizing and storing guest luggage securely
– Staffing the coat room during events
– Assisting guests with luggage removal from their vehicles
– Directing guests to the Front Desk for check-in procedures
– Sharing information about hotel outlets and amenities to facilitate cross-selling opportunities
– Ensuring vehicle cleanliness at all times
– Demonstrating strong analytical and navigation skills
– Coordinating multiple pick-ups and drop-offs efficiently under varying conditions
– Safeguarding guest luggage through proper security measures
– Driving the shuttle to and from the airport

Qualifications:
