Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver” position in Utica, MI, appears to be below the average industry standard. As of late 2023, caregiver salaries in Michigan generally range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific duties, and the type of care provided. Additionally, competitive pay for caregivers often reflects the physical and emotional demands of the role, as well as the rising cost of living. Therefore, while $15 may attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain them and may not adequately reflect the skills and commitment required for this vital position in the community.
