What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or a related medical program.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Acknowledgment that our schedules do not adhere to typical office hours. Schedules are made three months in advance, operating Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work as needed. Variability in meeting and end times will depend on travel distance and customer scheduling, necessitating flexibility in your availability.
  • Compensation includes travel time as well as base pay for on-site events, with the potential for unlimited bonuses.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to educate participants about our offerings.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive atmosphere for both team members and customers during screening events.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record, as driving responsibilities for the company van are shared within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire proficiency in the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings, adhering to company protocols efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing driving responsibilities for the company van, and assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Demonstrate eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment where a passion for assisting others and precision in test execution are paramount.
