Job Description
Job Title: Dental Assistant New or Experienced
Company: Kevin Wieczerza DDS PLLC
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $17 – 21 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $21 for a “Dental Assistant New or Experienced” position in Ann Arbor, MI, is generally competitive but slightly below the average for the region. As of late 2023, dental assistants in Michigan typically earn between $18 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While the offered range may be suitable for entry-level positions or smaller practices, it might not attract more experienced candidates or those looking for roles in larger or specialized dental offices. Overall, while the pay is within range, enhancing it could help in attracting a more skilled workforce in a competitive job market.
