What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
- Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
- Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
- Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective action to ensure resident safety
Qualifications:
If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date
- Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
