What We’re Looking For:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to assess patient needs
  • Administering medications and monitoring patients for adverse reactions
  • Conducting routine lab tests and providing therapeutic services
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, self-care after discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective action to ensure resident safety

Qualifications:
If you possess the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer date
  • Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire or transfer date
  • High school diploma or GED
