Job description:

A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items in accordance with standardized recipes for the restaurant, dining outlet, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets, while upholding the highest standards to create visually appealing and appetizing dishes. Additionally, the Cook ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen and work areas, while striving to minimize waste and maximize the cost/production ratio. The starting rate for this position is $18 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certification (must comply with state requirements).
