WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
– Fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere to ensure residents feel comfortable from admission through discharge.
– Advocating for residents throughout every phase of their care, consistently striving to exceed their expectations.
– Developing individualized care plans for each resident based on your observations and expertise.
– Responding promptly and effectively in emergency situations, implementing life-saving measures with confidence, whether or not a physician is present.
– Managing medication administration and meticulously documenting all aspects of the care provided.

If you possess the following qualifications, we invite you to reach out:

– A valid RN state license and CPR certification.
