Job Description
Job Title: Experienced Caregiver (CNA/HHA)
Company: TheKey
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for an “Experienced Caregiver (CNA/HHA)” in Grand Haven, MI appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale. Nationally, the average hourly wage for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) typically ranges from $15 to $20, with experienced caregivers often earning closer to $18-$25 per hour, depending on factors such as location and specific care requirements. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for CNAs and Home Health Aides (HHAs) usually falls between $15 and $22, indicating that while $16 is competitive for entry-level positions, it may be less attractive for individuals with experience aiming for higher compensation. Overall, while the rate may suffice for those new to the field, it likely does not align with industry standards for experienced professionals in the area.
