Compensation for this position starts at $25.55 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, a strong safety culture, and exceptional leadership support, among others.
Schedule:
- 85% of our drivers return home daily.
- Typical schedules consist of 4 working days of 12 hours each.
- Saturday deliveries are often required.
- Driver vacation coverage may involve some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure required signatures.
- Handle customer collections and payments as applicable.
- Provide professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ pounds of product repetitively during each shift.
- Comfort with driving and working in inclement weather, with frequent stops (10+ per shift) throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.*
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months of experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred and may be required at specific locations.
- Proficiency in reading and communicating fluently in English to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports.
