Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Sunrise Senior Living

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI

Pay: $18.4 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of 2023, an hourly rate of $18.40 for a caregiver position in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is somewhat below the national average, which typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, caregiver wages can vary significantly based on the area, qualifications, and type of care provided, but the rate is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles. Given the increasing demand for caregivers, particularly in suburban locations like Bloomfield Hills, this rate may not be particularly competitive, especially when considering the cost of living and the rising expectations for compensation in the healthcare and personal care sectors.
