We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles and fostering an inviting store environment. In this role, you will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained across multiple areas of the store to support the business’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Serve as a role model in established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring proper change is returned according to established procedures.
– Promote and support credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold merchandising standards by following established procedures and maintaining the merchandising philosophy.
– Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company standards.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery as necessary throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards on the sales floor while contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Actively support store shrink reduction initiatives and participation in safety programs to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
