Schedule:

  • 85% of driver routes allow for daily home return.
  • Typical schedule involves four 12-hour shifts.
  • Saturday deliveries may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Diligently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, and place them in designated storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Collect payments from customers when applicable.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ pounds of products repetitively throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and handling tasks in adverse weather conditions, involving frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid CDL Class A license issued in your state of legal residence, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or three months in the food and beverage delivery sector.
  • Preference for candidates with manual transmission operation experience; may be required in specific locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is essential for understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing records.
