Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions to sustain a sanitary environment.
• Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and effective communication with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Capability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
• Proficiency in performing routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
• Willingness to work with cleaning products in a safe manner.
• Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
