Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a personable and friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding service to our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the check-in and check-out processes, issuing room keys, and processing payments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with housekeeping staff to manage room availability, addressing guest inquiries, and completing associated paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. The Front Desk Agent will also be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of laundry and public areas during each shift. The ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations is essential, as your primary objective will be to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
– Monitor and maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and activities
– Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Establish rapport with guests by identifying their needs through engaging conversation and open-ended questions
– Articulate the features and amenities of guest rooms
– Oversee laundry tasks
