Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who shares our passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking food that meets QSL’s high standards. Your commitment to culinary excellence will play a crucial role in enhancing each guest’s experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate when additional preparation is needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to manage ticket times, address potential service issues, and resolve any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following appropriate food handling and sanitation protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook is preferred, though not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
