Golden Heart Senior Care, located in Dayton, OH, is seeking an On-Call Weekend In-Home Caregiver to provide coverage on weekends (from Fridays at 5:00 PM through Mondays at 8:00 AM) in the event that scheduled caregivers are unable to fulfill their shifts. The On-Call Weekend In-Home Caregiver will receive compensation for being on-call, as well as hourly pay for any hours worked in clients’ homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be available on-call during weekends (days and nights) to provide shift coverage as needed
• Maintain communication with the office and clients’ families
• Assist with bathing, showering, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Aid in dressing and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organize incoming mail
• Conduct grocery shopping and run errands
• Assist with transfers and provide transportation to medical appointments and other locations
