Job Description
Job Title: Sales Lead
Company: Orangetheory Fitness
Location: Lakewood, OH
Pay: $17 – 19 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 to $19 for a “Sales Lead” position in Lakewood, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the compensation spectrum for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, sales leads typically earn between $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. Given that Lakewood is part of the greater Cleveland metropolitan area, where the cost of living is moderate, this pay range may be less competitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates. Therefore, while the rate might fit within entry-level or less experienced positions, it may not be sufficient to retain talent for more experienced individuals within the sales field.
