We are seeking to fill a full-time Shift Supervisor position immediately. This role is based at the Abercrombie & Fitch Global Home Office, located at 6301 Fitch Path, New Albany, OH 43054. Please note that applications can only be submitted online.

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Assess worker performance, recognizing high achievers and addressing underperformance as necessary.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring that quality, productivity, and safety standards are met within the unit.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Potentially mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
