Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator – Grand Rapids, MI

Company: The Joint Chiropractic

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $16 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $19 for a Front Desk Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to broader industry standards. While salaries can vary based on experience, qualifications, and the specific employer, many similar roles typically offer hourly wages ranging from $18 to $25. Additionally, factors such as cost of living and job demand in the Grand Rapids area can influence compensation; however, the proposed rate may not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities expected of a front desk coordinator, which often includes customer service, administrative duties, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Thus, while the proposed rate is within an acceptable range for entry-level positions, it may not be competitive for attracting more qualified candidates or retaining talent in the area.
