Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead $52k year

Company: Spar Group

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $52,000 for a “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” position in Detroit, MI, translates to an hourly rate of approximately $25, which may be considered below the average for similar roles in the region and industry. According to salary data, managerial or senior lead positions in retail, merchandising, or construction typically command higher wages, often ranging from $30 to $50 per hour or more, depending on experience, responsibilities, and the scope of work. Therefore, at $52,000 per year, this salary appears less competitive and may not align well with industry standards, potentially making it challenging to attract experienced candidates in a competitive job market.
