Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a skilled and adaptable Line Cook who can also serve as a Bar Back during non-peak hours. The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be proficient in managing prep work. During quieter periods, you will assist the bartenders, with the opportunity to earn tips.

Key Responsibilities:
Line Cook Duties:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.
  • Manage prep work to ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
  • Ensure food is cooked and served promptly during peak meal times.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Bar Back Duties:

  • Support bartenders by restocking supplies, including glassware, ice, and garnishes.
  • Clean and organize the bar area during and after service.
  • Assist bartenders in clearing and resetting bar spaces.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook.

  • Capacity to work extended shifts, exceeding 10 hours, from Thursday through Saturday.
