Responsibilities:

• Execute daily housekeeping duties, which include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all areas in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills when interacting with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and endure prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending, and walking.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Must be able to work with cleaning products safely.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and execute routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.
