Job Description
Job Title: Bartender | Part-Time| Lansing Lugnuts
Company: Oak View Group
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $11 – 13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11 – $13 for a part-time bartender position with the Lansing Lugnuts is below the average wage for bartenders in Michigan, which typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and establishment type. With the state’s minimum wage set at $10.10 per hour as of 2023, this rate is slightly above the minimum but may not attract experienced candidates or align with the demands of the role, especially given the potential for tips, which can significantly boost overall earnings. Therefore, while this pay might appeal to entry-level applicants or those seeking flexible part-time work, it may not be competitive for skilled bartenders in the area.
