Job Description
Job Title: Non-CDL Driver- No Experience Needed – Training Provided
Company: National Express
Location: Mount Healthy, OH
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Non-CDL Driver- No Experience Needed – Training Provided” position in Mount Healthy, OH, appears to be somewhat below the competitive standard for similar roles in the region. As of late 2023, entry-level driving positions typically offer between $16 to $20 per hour, especially considering the training provided and the need for flexibility in hours. This rate may not align well with local living costs, particularly if additional job benefits are not included. Therefore, while the offer may attract candidates seeking to enter the workforce, it may struggle to retain talent in a more competitive job market.
