On-Board PMO is seeking full-time Production Operators in Stow, OH. This position offers a bonus structure of $250 after the first month, $250 after three months, and $500 after six months of employment.

Location: Stow, OH
Compensation: $18.50 – $19.00 per hour
Benefits: Full benefits package available after 60 days
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate press machines, ovens, and equipment to uphold product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow all safety protocols while operating molding presses, maintaining a high level of detail around high-temperature hazards.
  • Perform basic maintenance and repair on equipment.
  • Accurately interpret process instructions and technical drawings with a focus on details and specifications.
  • Exhibit sound mechanical knowledge and proficiency in assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting, measuring, and repairing.
  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and manage hazardous materials while operating various machinery.

Additional Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure product accuracy.
  • Complete all written documentation to ensure accuracy in production data, including scrap tickets.
  • Engage in tasks such as sandblasting, oven operations, hand deburring, manual and automated press operations, general lay-up, tool preparation, part marking, and material sorting.
  • Maintain proper storage for materials and finished products.
  • Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring personal and coworker safety.
  • Follow established plant work rules.
  • Complete required I-Learn training.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic mathematics and computer proficiency.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Commitment to maintaining company housekeeping standards.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
