We are currently seeking qualified candidates for both full-time and part-time BARISTA positions, available immediately.

Job Summary
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso beverages, as well as related food and drink items. Adherence to HACCP guidelines and quality food-service operations is essential. A key part of your role will involve interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering, utilizing standard measurements and recipes.
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system; process cash and charge payments.
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining a clean service area.
  • Ensure proper presentation and portion control, maintaining appropriate serving temperatures in accordance with HACCP standards.
  • Maintain sanitation and organization of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
  • Keep display equipment clean and devoid of debris during service.
  • Thoroughly clean equipment and workstations before transitioning to other tasks.
  • Greet customers warmly and engage with them to ensure satisfaction; relay any relevant customer concerns to supervisors.
  • Serve customers promptly and efficiently to minimize delays.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of daily menu items, accurately conveying information to customers.
  • Employ effective selling techniques to assist customers in their decision-making processes.
  • Ensure display foods are attractively merchandised and served neatly according to standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
