Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour (Part-Time) + Sales Commission based on membership sales
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
• Access to complimentary OTF workouts

• Greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and comprehensive knowledge.
• Introduce the OTF concept to interested individuals during introductory sessions.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and engaging with members.
• Conduct studio tours to showcase our facilities and offerings.
• Collaborate closely with trainers to guide new members through their inaugural Orangetheory workout.
• Drive membership sales to contribute to the studio’s success.
• Follow up with prospective clients to nurture their interest.
• Address members’ concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand within the community.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the studio.
