Key Qualifications for Success:

  • Graduation from a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or another related medical training program
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Ability to understand and adapt to non-traditional working hours: schedules are prepared three months in advance, operating Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Flexibility to accommodate varying start and finish times based on community location and client schedules is essential.
  • Compensation includes payment for both travel time and base pay for on-site events, with unlimited bonus potential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the capacity to educate participants about our products and services
  • A genuine desire to foster a positive atmosphere for fellow team members and customers during screening events
  • A valid driver’s license and a clear driving record, as team members will share responsibilities for driving the company van

Major Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute the front desk registration process, Ankle Brachial Index assessments, Osteoporosis Risk Assessments, Atrial Fibrillation screenings, and blood test screenings in compliance with company protocols and with efficiency and proficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, sharing responsibilities such as driving the company van and handling equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working in a fast-paced environment, where helping others and maintaining accuracy during testing is of paramount importance.
