Our sales, design, and installation teams work collaboratively to ensure a seamless process; we are dedicated to listening to your ideas, achieving your goals, and managing each project from concept to completion effectively.

We are currently seeking a Sales & Design Assistant to become a valuable addition to our exceptional team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct assistance to the sales and design departments.
  • Liaise with sales to facilitate invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to manage receivables, including sending and following up on invoices.
  • Act as a general client liaison and support marketing initiatives which may include:

    • Creating and distributing Thank You Photo Books
    • Designing and sending Holiday Cards
    • Coordinating the distribution of gifts
    • Developing prospect and client communication materials.
  • Oversee the phone answering process at the front desk, including:
    • Managing "Thank You for Contacting" emails
    • Preparing and organizing Opening and Closing packages
    • Compiling Instruction Manuals
    • Entering bids and estimates as needed
    • Organizing documentation and daily filing
    • Ordering office supplies
    • Handling incoming phone inquiries regarding landscape and maintenance services
    • Following up with existing and prospective clients to drive sales
    • Coordinating with clients to schedule sales and design meetings.

Skills Required

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a construction company is an advantage, but we are open to training and coaching the right candidate.
  • Proficient in technology and computer systems.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Manage 360 Estimating Software
  • Google Earth and Nearmap
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom

This is a full-time, in-office position based on a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Additional overtime may be required.
