Job Description
Job Title: Premium Bartender | Part-Time | Lansing Lugnuts (Jackson Field)
Company: Oak View Group
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $13 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a “Premium Bartender” position at Lansing Lugnuts, especially in a part-time capacity, is on the lower end of the pay scale for bartenders in Michigan, where average rates typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the specific venue. While entry-level positions may start closer to minimum wage (which in Michigan is $10.10), more experienced bartenders, especially those serving in premium or high-demand environments like sports venues, generally command higher wages due to the skills required and the customer service expectations. Additionally, bartenders often earn tips, which can significantly enhance their total compensation, yet the base pay of $13 may limit the overall attractiveness of this role, particularly in a market where living costs and inflation are considerations. Thus, this rate may not be competitive or appealing to more skilled candidates.
