Summary
The Client Services Analyst II will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly delivery processes, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of deliverables across multiple product lines. This role is crucial in identifying, driving, and managing process improvement initiatives that provide direct value to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset with a tactical execution capability, embodying a customer-centric attitude and an acute attention to detail. The Analyst will ensure that each client’s quality standards are consistently met by proactively reviewing and analyzing processes and data. Additionally, this individual will act as the subject matter expert in optimizing mailing, revenue, and processes.

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects and features of the solutions provided to clients.
  • Utilize existing tools, reports, and metrics to perform preliminary analyses and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with technology and project teams to ensure the business implications of data are understood and incorporated into quality assurance processes for client deliverables.
  • Align client systems with Gainwell’s data to ensure consistency with customer expectations.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing client system synchronization and attaining alignment.
  • Partner with clients, operational teams, clinical teams, and others to ensure effective delivery of products and services.
  • Facilitate initiatives that support client objectives related to recovery conversion.
  • Monitor and drive improvements associated with key performance indicators, including medical receipt rates, fallout management, and client SLAs.
  • Oversee revenue cycle management.
  • Track and measure client service activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks through appropriate follow-up.
  • Prepare reports on account status and analyze performance data.
  • Maintain a solid technical understanding of the solutions delivered to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of client service experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, Reporting, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Capability to analyze data and apply logic to address operational issues and identify opportunities.
  • Proficiency in translating client-specific processes between non-technical and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on data quality, particularly in reconciling data between various sources or platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a professional approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships across internal teams to successfully implement cross-functional initiatives.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service and thorough follow-up practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in work processes.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines efficiently.

What You Should Expect in This Role
