Cook I Line Cook positions are available at a competitive rate of $20 per hour, with full-time opportunities.

We are hosting open interviews from Tuesday to Thursday, between 11 AM and 3 PM at the Sodexo Live Offices, located off the loading dock at Fifth Third Arena.

As a Cook I Line Cook, you will take on grill or line responsibilities, requiring a keen attention to detail in food preparation.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Utilize appropriate recipes, equipment, tools, and utensils.
  • Ensure that food is prepared, portioned, held, and served at correct temperatures, presented according to established standards.
  • Assist in coordinating workflow within the culinary department to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with experience in food preparation in a high-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a high-stress setting.
  • Capability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility in a compact workspace.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
  • Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
