We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Server to join our culinary team. This role encompasses comprehensive hands-on serving functions within our community.

Key responsibilities for the Dining Room Server position include:

– Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in accordance with community policies.
– Adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently.
– Ensuring the dining room is presented and maintained to exemplary standards.
– Setting tables and keeping workstations orderly, while taking orders and providing service graciously and courteously. You will also answer questions related to menu items.
– Serving customers with proper etiquette and fostering an inviting dining atmosphere.

Required qualifications for this position include:

– Completion of at least the sophomore year of high school.
– Prior experience in food service is preferred.
– Experience working with seniors is also preferred.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
