We offer a comprehensive range of services, from basic companion care—including light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation, and meal preparation—to more extensive personal care, which encompasses incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Our Caregivers have the flexibility to choose from various shifts, ranging from 1 to 24 hours, available during weekends, nighttime, or morning hours.

We compensate our Caregivers at a rate of $14 per hour, provide monthly schedules, and only assign hours that you select. Additionally, we offer quarterly training sessions as well as individualized training to ensure that you are well-prepared for your role, regardless of your prior experience.

Additional requirements include:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• A strong attendance record
• Proficiency in English and exceptional communication skills
• Two professional references
• Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card
• Ability to pass a background check
• Certification as a CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR is a plus
• Valid car insurance
