Job Description
Job Title: 1st Shift Part-Time Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Toledo, OH
Pay: $13 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 – $15 per hour for a “1st Shift Part-Time Caregiver” position in Toledo, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles. According to various job and salary resources, caregiver positions in Ohio typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with some positions offering higher pay depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may attract some entry-level candidates, it may struggle to compete with market rates, particularly in a labor environment increasingly emphasizing fair wages and benefits for essential workers. Hence, to remain competitive and attract quality candidates, the offering might need to be adjusted upward.
