The responsibilities of our Caregivers range from basic companion care— which includes light housekeeping, sitter services, transportation, and meal preparation— to crucial personal care services, such as assistance with incontinence, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Our Caregivers may work various shifts, from one hour to twenty-four hours, including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $14 per hour, provide monthly schedules, and ensure that you are only assigned to shifts that you have selected. Additionally, we provide quarterly training along with individualized training to ensure that you feel confident and equipped to perform your duties.

Additional requirements include:
– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home care setting
– An excellent attendance record
– Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
– Two professional references
– Direct deposit into a bank account or prepaid card is required
– Ability to pass a background check
– Certification as a CNA, HHA, or in BLS/CPR is advantageous
– Valid car insurance
