Job Title: Line Cook | Part-Time | Lansing Lugnuts

Company: Spectra Experiences

Location: Lansing, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the hourly rate of $17 for a part-time line cook position at the Lansing Lugnuts appears to be slightly below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location. In Michigan, specifically in the Lansing area, wages for line cooks can be competitive due to the local cost of living and demand for culinary positions, with entry-level rates starting around $14-$16 and more experienced cooks earning upwards of $20 per hour. Therefore, while $17 is within the acceptable range, it may not be fully competitive for attracting more experienced candidates, especially considering the rising costs of living and labor shortages in the hospitality industry.
