Job Title: Resident Aide/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Wayne, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Resident Aide/Med Tech” position in Wayne, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to various salary surveys and job listings, the typical pay for comparable roles in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with some facilities or employers offering higher wages depending on experience, certifications, and specific duties. Given the rising cost of living and the demand for healthcare roles, a wage of $15 may not be competitive enough to attract and retain qualified professionals in this field, especially in urban or suburban areas where the job market can be more competitive.
