AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Breakfast Server in Grand Rapids, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end depending on the specific establishment and the level of experience required. According to data from various job platforms and local wage reports, the average hourly wage for similar roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry typically ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, with many establishments offering tips that can significantly enhance overall earnings. Factors such as the cost of living in Grand Rapids and the demand for service workers also play a role; while the rate meets the minimum wage and may attract entry-level candidates, more experienced servers or those working in higher-end venues may expect and earn more.
