Job description:
Required open availability on both weekend days.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk operations, including but not limited to:
– Answering phones with a friendly demeanor and addressing callers’ inquiries.
– Verifying member identification and barcodes in the system.
– Facilitating new member registrations.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as required.
– Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in the upkeep of the club’s cleanliness and organization.
– Monitoring the safety and cleanliness within the club environment.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Ensuring locker rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
– Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” by promptly submitting lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
