AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $50,000 to $55,000 per year for a General Manager role in Rocky River, OH, translates to approximately $24 to $26 per hour, which is generally considered below the national average for this position. According to industry standards, General Managers often earn significantly more—typically ranging from $70,000 to over $100,000 annually—depending on the company size, industry, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, regional economic factors and the cost of living in the Cleveland metropolitan area, where Rocky River is located, suggest that this salary range may not be competitive, particularly for experienced candidates. Overall, this pay scale would likely limit the pool of qualified applicants and may impact the company’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
