Job Description
Job Title: NOC Engineer
Company: EverStaff
Location: Findlay, OH
Pay: $70000 – 80000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate corresponding to an annual salary of $70,000 to $80,000 for a NOC Engineer translates to approximately $33.65 to $38.46 per hour. This range is generally competitive for NOC Engineering roles, particularly in smaller markets like Findlay, OH, where salary averages tend to be lower than in major tech hubs. As of my last update in October 2023, the national average salary for NOC Engineers ranges from $60,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and specific skill sets, making the proposed rate align well with industry standards for entry to mid-level positions in that geographical area. Thus, it appears to be a reasonable offer for the role in question.
