Schedule:

• 85% of driver routes offer daily home time.
• Typical schedule consists of 4 days, 12-hour shifts.
• Saturday deliveries are often required.
• Vacation coverage may necessitate occasional night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers on schedule.
• Efficiently unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
• Manage collections and payment processes from customers when applicable.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance our clients’ experience.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and functioning in adverse weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications is required.
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry OR three months of experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
• Preferred ability to operate manual transmission; may be necessary in specific locations.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English is essential for understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and documenting reports.
