Job Highlights

Minimum Qualifications

Purpose of Role
The Sales Keyholder plays a crucial role in achieving the store’s profitability and Key Performance Indicators by fulfilling the responsibilities of a leader on duty. This includes delivering customer service that aligns with Under Armour’s core values while contributing to operational excellence. The Sales Keyholder serves as a mentor to fellow team members and acts as the primary leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, responsible for store opening and closing.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive sales and achieve retail/omni KPI targets
  • Model the brand’s Athlete service standards and sales behaviors
  • Provide comprehensive information about our diverse range of technical products
  • Identify and propose solutions for athlete needs

Brand Image & Customer Experience

  • Train teammates in creating a unique service and selling culture
  • Utilize advanced skills to enhance sales and foster Athlete loyalty
  • Share product knowledge with junior teammates to support their development

Retail Operations

  • Oversee key management, including store opening and closing per Standard Operating Procedures
  • Train and lead teammates in executing daily operations consistent with Under Armour policies
  • Partner with store leadership to maintain merchandising and floor set standards
  • Assess store sales and payroll by analyzing reports, and adjust scheduling as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with audit standards and achieve loss prevention targets
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention protocols and communicate any irregular activities to leadership
  • Fulfill Stock Keyholder responsibilities as required
  • Uphold store safety standards and communicate any incidents or concerns promptly

Leadership & Team Collaboration

Qualifications
