Job Title: Member Services Specialist/Teller

Company: Dow Credit Union

Location: Midland, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Member Services Specialist/Teller” in Midland, MI, is generally below the industry standard, particularly considering the responsibilities typically associated with this role, which often include customer service, transactions, and account management in financial institutions. As of late 2023, wages for similar positions across Michigan tend to range from approximately $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific employer factors. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level positions or certain smaller institutions, it may not be competitive enough to attract experienced candidates or align with the cost of living in the area. Overall, this rate could be seen as less favorable in the current job market context.
