Job Title: Cart Associate – DTW Detroit Metro Airport – Part-Time

Company: Smarte Carte

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $15.49 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.49 for a “Cart Associate” position at Detroit Metro Airport appears to be slightly below the competitive range for similar roles in the area, given that typical pay for similar positions in the airport and retail sectors often ranges from $16 to $20 per hour in Detroit. This can vary based on experience and responsibilities, but considering the living wage in Michigan and surrounding labor market trends, the offered rate may not attract a wide pool of applicants. Additionally, it’s important to assess factors like benefits, job security, and overall work environment, which can impact the competitiveness of the wage. Overall, while $15.49 is in line with minimum wage requirements, it may not be sufficient to draw in applicants looking for a more livable wage in the context of the cost of living in the area.
