• Welcoming and assisting customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed on the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed specifications (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) regarding all vehicles.
• Conducting high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Utilizing dealership systems to complete pre- and post-follow-up activities to develop and maintain a client database.

• Ensuring that Fox processes are strictly adhered to during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various areas of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting with showroom preparation, ensuring a diverse selection of vehicles remains available and that the showroom is consistently presentable for customers.
