We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:
– Execute a variety of tasks under general supervision, leveraging a solid understanding of assembly techniques, materials, tools, and equipment. Tasks may include folding, assembling, labeling, inspecting, cutting, and boxing, all in accordance with departmental efficiency standards.
– Promptly communicate any unusual material or equipment issues, as well as work conditions that may disrupt operations, deviate from quality standards, contravene good manufacturing practices, or pose safety risks to the supervisor or group leader.
– Adhere to product specifications or manuals to ensure quality output, conducting inspections as necessary.
– Demonstrate flexibility by moving seamlessly between various job functions within operations.
– Carry out simple, routine, and repetitive tasks according to established procedures.
– Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, especially during production line stoppages and at the end of shifts.
– Perform all duties safely, consistently wearing the required personal protective equipment, including gloves, aprons, safety glasses, and back supports.
– Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards to your supervisor immediately.
– Exhibit punctuality and commitment by attending work consistently.
– Comply with all company rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook or departmental policies.
– Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for extended periods while performing tasks
