AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for the role of “Graduate Supervisor – Competitive Sports & Camps” in Cleveland, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for similar positions, which often require specific qualifications and experience, particularly in managing sports programs. According to industry standards, especially in urban areas where cost of living can be relatively higher, competitive pay for supervisory roles in sports and recreation typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour or more, depending on the organization and the individual’s qualifications.
